In case of any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change it within the period of 10 days from date received. The item MUST be in the same excellent condition that was sent to you. You have the possibility to chose a new item of equal or higher value, provided that you have come in contact with us by e-mail or phone. In this case the charges of return of the item are fully on your account.

Cancelling an order
In order to cancel an order placed (complete or partial) you must contact us the soonest possible either by email or by phone at Tel no. +30-6972 883251 This is an action that can be done, until the time you are informed of the shipping details of your purchase. Beyond this point cancelling the ordered item /s is not possible.

There is a possibility a product to be out of stock after you purchase it. (purchase of same product at the same time). In this case we will contact you and give u full refund of your money.
